John Manansala
Senior Support Coordinator
John Manansala is an experienced Support Coordinator with a strong background in leadership, client engagement and person-centred practice within the disability sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and a Certificate IV in Mental Health, bringing a thoughtful and practical approach to supporting participants and families.
With experience as a Team Leader, Support Coordinator and Client Engagement Manager, John is passionate about building genuine relationships and working collaboratively with participants, families, providers, and allied health professionals. He is committed to helping people navigate the NDIS with confidence, connect with the right supports, and work towards meaningful outcomes that enhance independence and quality of life.
John is known for his approachable nature, strong advocacy skills, and commitment to providing responsive and compassionate support.

Sharri Roepen
Support Coordinator
Sharri brings extensive experience across both the disability and aged care sectors, having worked in a variety of roles before finding her passion in support coordination.
She is a committed and compassionate support coordinator, with valuable lived experience supporting a family member with a disability, which informs her person-centred approach.
Outside of work, Sharri enjoys travelling, spending time at the beach, walking her dog, and attending sporting events with her family.
